I'm a business man and I don't think the customer is always right. It works for me, it was just a misunderstanding, you seem to be owning up to your side. Send her an email stating so and maybe if she would consider seeing you. It might be a nice session and you might be able to write about it and everyone will be happy.

From what I remember the customer is always right and even if the customer is being an asshole the business is not really allowed to be an even bigger asshole back...I'm sure you guys all love to be cursed out by a cashier at an establishment from time to time lol

I think Jodi must have missed seeing your email telling her you want the 1pm appt. Or she was tardy in checking her emails. Either way, I don't think you should have rubbed it in her face, telling her how she missed making a sale. I understand you were just trying to educate her in salesmanship/customer service but doing so via email can very easily be misinterpreted as a reprimand.

Her number is available right? I think the best thing to do is to send an email to get her number than work from that point. E-mail always tends to breed confusion on whats going on.

Also your response wasn't that promising, if you honestly want to see a chick you dont say things that would cause some friction. An unreturned email doesn't equate to being unprofessional.

I just though it would be good to show all her current clients and all her potential clients that she values you business so, so much....wait a minute she said she doesn’t need your business. For all you regular clients of hers I was you at one point,,, just an interested monger looking to book an appointment. For all of those who considering an appointment you can see how much she value new business.

Now I know some of you will just read this and keep on coming back to her which is fine. I just wanted you all to know what type of person you where giving you money to.

RON I am very curious to see if you will be referring her to anyone else. I always value your referrals but if you never saw the provider yourself I would give them out with caution. I have done business just fine with email only R&T providers in the past. One is Alison a mature, nice looking, smart girl that charges half of Jodi’s rate in a private apt setting…all the qualities I saw in this one that why I wanted to try her out…what a mistake

For all people running a business this is the oldest lesson in the book. You never piss of a customer you never know who they are. Say what you want about this post but WE ARE THE CLIENTS and we should not put up with bad attitudes an providers that treat new clients like sh!t. We can MAKE or BREAK their business and until they fully realize that we need to keep on reminding them. Stop being timid…most guys would not have even wrote a response to her!!! Shame on you!

My job is done here without going back and forth with anyone. Why do I say that? Well I guarantee she just lost 10+ new potentials and a hand full of repeat visits due to this post. These are just the #'s....love it or hate it that just how massageplanet works.

Of course she would say she doesn’t CARE about all those people but hey thats her...have fun giving your money to a shlore that doesnt care or value your business!!!!

It has been awhile since I've posted but this past Sunday I had a 6:30 session with Jodi for the first time. I've been lurking at her photo ads for a couple years and finally took the plunge after reading this thread that day.

She was so easy to book and spend time with, we talked, laughed almost the whole session and I enjoyed it all even though I'm usually quiet during massages so I can really relax and enjoy the massage.

The massage was great, a combination of soothing, energizing and sensual. When done on her table, we moved to the bed for a relaxing finale (no full service, didn't try, knew better, wasn't what I was there for).

I haven't had a massage from a non-asian in years, mainly because I knew what to expect, an inexpensive rub and tug. massageplanet gave me the details I needed to break out of my pattern and that was money well spent.

Next time I will speak up and ask for more massaging on my front at the table so I can more easily watch her awesome body and beauty while being massaged. The fault was mine for not speaking up, I knew better.
