I tried to set up an appointment with Jodi today at the last minute, but she didn't have an opening.
She did, however, answer the voicemail very promptly and return a few texts explaining her schedule for the day and what she had available.
Our schedules didn't mesh, but without meeting her I can say that she is a class act. That is the reason that she is a highly respected and reviewed provider on this board.
Jodi, I have a few openings in my schedule next week and I hope to finally meet up....until then....

After we were texting I got up, put ice around my eyes (a thing that wraps on your head lol) and played mariokart for an hour hehe by the time 10 rolled around I had already been to the dog park and the gym and nobody cares about puffy eyes in those places!

So true! I get so excited when I get the simplest thing from people.

Up and running again. Did my eight mile run today only a little pain, did 2 massages. All is well, except for the 4:45 appointment who cancelled at 4:44. No respect. I went out of my way to accomodate him and he does this for the second time, messed up the whole day. Im so mad Im seeing red.
Except now Im seeing peach... the peach roses I just got from a certain someone up here lol.
Im not that easy you know.
I prefer chocolate.

To everyone else, thanks for the great advice. I know the supplements junk up the system and actually realized ive been taking a weight GAINER at the gym lol.
Kelly I AM bodybuilding but have decided to stop, Im muscley enough I think. I dont want to be lean because I dont like lean though Im sure id look better if I weighed 10 pounds less
People I taught aerobics for 10 years, I used to run my own gym in Panama.. I know what to do, I just overdid it!
Great workout advice though.. now if I can just stay away from the girlscout cookies

Sooo sorry, I did not know that you took the bodywork as seriously as you do, no intention to offend, more a comment on your obvious charm.
I am impressed with your workout regimen. I have a very hard time making it to the gym these days, so yoiu might find it not so much fun to work on this body.
