Jodi is hot, I am sure she knows lots about taking care of herself she just seemed to over do it this time.
I actually went to a class the other day with a bunch of women training for triathlons and they were 2% bodyfat with stiff muscles and did not move gracefully- too tight, not long and graceful, Jodi on a bad day was way hotter than those girls.
IMHO, Yoga and Pilates combined with intense cardio and light high rep resistance training leads to graceful body for a lady and true fitness- a body that glides and is resistant to injury. Professional dancers do stuff like this and they look amazing- like the Ball Room or Tango types.
Jodi you are hot and sexy. Hope you recover quickly and if you need a massage let me know. You take good care of us all of the time it is only fair we take good care of you.
