Dang! 480b is insane -- was the place still busy? I know I won't be going there this weekend.

That is similar to the jump at the Nana Hotel/Disco in Bangkok which went from 200 to 400 now, probably 500 since I went last week.

How long before Tai Pan starts charging.....hope we don't see that day!!!

Does any of this have to do with extra "police" kickbacks these days?

I don't know what you mean by the "French guy" but there were a bunch of Frenchies there --- funny, they don't think anybody understands what they are saying...sheesh...good eavesdropping though! I kind of liked the place because you can sit outside and watch people stumble to their motorbikes and then you can just hope they make it home okay! Some very nice girls stumble out of the woodwork, if only they could wear little badges so you knew where to find them the next night......:ytounge:
