Sorry, but did you witness your friends making an effort then getting shot down? You believe your friends are being honest about it, why is it so hard to believe 3's friends are doing the same?

Just because something is outside the realm of your personal experience or knowledge doesn't mean it doesn't exist. In fact 3 herself is living proof that sexual wives are out there....maybe your friends could take a lesson from Sentry. I'll bet he looks up and says hello when she walks in the room.

Well actually, yes I DID witness some indicators of them being shot down and experienced it first hand with....at least FIVE relationships.

Here's an example: I used to hang around with a gang of about 10. Mixed of guys and girls. Most of which got into and out of various relationships over the 10 yrs I was involved with them. In fact, I went to 5 or 6 weddings over that 10 yrs period. You can see the relationship change as it progressed. They'd all be touchy feely lovely dovely at the beginning then you'd see him go to put his arm around her and she'd shrug him off.

During this time we'd go camping, cottaging, and sharing ski chalets. Especially while tenting you can't really hide anything. And the cottage we'd go to (a mutual friend's) had paper thin walls so you couldn't help but hear what was being said.

Now I'm not talking about 3 or 4 instances. If that was the case then yeah, you could say that maybe they were exaggerating. But when there are scientific studies proving the issue, women actually admitting the issue, and having experienced it myself, well, you can pretty much say "this happens"......

As for the blow jobs, once again, sure, maybe they DO in fact still give em. But how often? Once a month? a year on his birthday?

As for kids. No, thank GOD I haven't had any. But seriously, you don't have to bend the bedsprings to have sex and yell at the top of your lungs. In fact, it can be quite erotic to have to keep quiet. For example: I had sex with a GF once and her gf was in the next bed not 2 feet away and she never woke up.

Sure, you could also say that it was trying getting the baby to sleep after x hrs. Hence why I say women become mothers as opposed to gfs. A great example of this is when a group of girls start having kids. Before, the topic of the conversation was, guys, clothes, current events, concerts, restaurants, clothes, TV shows, clothes...then get 2 babies in the group and the ONLY topic is baby baby baby baby clothes, baby toys, baby suppies, diapers, don't do that you might wake the baby, don't do that, the baby might see, don't do that the baby this, the baby farted for the first time, the baby burped for the first time blah blah blah blah.

Are you seriously telling me that in the years between the lovey-dovey and the shrug-off, he was still treating her with the same courtesy and respect he showed her at the beginning? Still remembering her birthday, actually listening when she talked, shaving his balls and not rolling his eyes when she has an opinion different from his?

It doesn't matter how close the quarters you've shared...the only two people who know what's really going on in a relationship are the two people in it. Couples in public and couples in private are often very different, and by "in private" I mean when they are alone.

I'm not disagreeing with you that there are women who lure men in with hot sex then turn off the tap as soon as the ring goes on, certainly there are. Just like there are men who lure women in with promises of family and fidelity, when in fact they know they can't get by with just one woman no matter how hot she may be. Deception and dishonesty are not gender-specific.

Oh, and there's a reason Baby becomes such a big topic of conversation. It's because for good parents, the raising of a child is a very big fucking deal. It's not a toy, not a doll, it's a person for whom you are responsible. I think we all thank God you haven't had any, because apparently you don't grasp how important/scary/overwhelming/life-altering that is.

Arent a large % of hobbiests married ? And as far as 3 goes this is a very isolated situation as I dont think most married women are gonna let their husband sleep with other women and then come join in for a 3some the second time around if her likes her.

As much as you're so judgemental about me, I DO in fact realize that having kid(s) is a major life changing event. Sorry, but studies have shown (Barbara is a prime example) of how if your entire life revolves around your kid(s) then you are leading an unbalanced life. Don't take my word for it, look it up.

You know who produces/raises the best well rounded kids? parents who have a well rounded life OUTSIDE of raising their kids. Those who dote on the kids end up with spoiled brats with a false sense of entitlement.

Argue all you want. You're wrong. It is a scientifically and psychologically proven F A C T that for the most part, when women have kids they stop being "wives" and become mothers. You cannot deny that. Well, you can, since you're Cleopatra....Queen of denile.......

In my experience, sex only gets better in a long term relationship... Assuming the fact both parties are still in love and work hard to make the relationship work. Only in a situation like that is there enough trust and intimacy that one can truly expand their otherwise 'normal' sexual practices to a new level.

But, let me ask you: over what period of time? Sure, when you have a one night stand etc it isn't the same as when you're been seeing someone for a year and you've learned what she likes, how hard she likes your tongue, whether you can toss her salad or not. In that sense, yeah, it is better.....

I think it all depends on what you consider long term. A year or two? five? ten? 15?

Long term is relative to the person. In my experience, 12+ years (one time), 2+ years (3 times), is all I have to base my opinion on.
