Arrive at the time go in to reception, not Ella but a young very cute girl working reception.
Takes me to the room asks me if I want shower room, tells me to take my time as Nancy will be a few minute. No problem here as I was a few minutes early. I shower and get on to the table to wait. Few minutes later Nancy enters very bubbly, friendly attitude, smack me on the but asks how my day was, but if small talk and then asks how I like massage. Wanted a hard massage as my shoulders and neck were killing me. I got a quick look at her as she came in she’s pretty, probably late 20’s body ok, not quite my type but not bad, but if baby fat, but all in all decent.

May be just one or two a month form those who follow me on internet.

I was wondering what the tipping rates look like for a half hour session and I'm a bit embarrassed to ask now that I've already seen some attendants a few times. Is it the same rate for a HE or less because it's less time overall? Thanks in advance for the advice!

Same rate of tipping for half hr or one hour. It's just less massage time. HE is a HE. There is no such thing as half HE. I don't think you want to go home with blue balls by just getting half HJ.

The business is good and i am pushing the boss to put one or two more shower rooms up stairs and trying to get one more girl on the shift like 4 yrs ago. E&M used to have 5 girls a day when I left and went to work for JR. They were much busier than JR in those days. I am trying to get back to that stage. We are getting very busy now and losing 4-5 customers every day. The boss is still ho humming to put one more girl on shift. She has changed a lot. Not greedy like before , taking it easy and enjoying life, she said I am stressing her out by pushing her to make her spa more busy. I posted this on the Some Toronto,Markam,Ricmond hill etc. thread but uncle Kraybro wants his main spa interest (E&M) to have it's own review.

I've seen Cici, Ada and Sandy at E&M. They are all equal when it comes to massage .You wouldn't know who was massaging you if you were blindfolded. None of them have hot bodies ,just average sized ,Ada and Sandy more chunky than Cici.The English is poor for all 3 but not a big deal for me as long as basic requests can be understood. When it comes to the tease Sandy has the game. She begins with about 15-20 mins left in the session while you are still face down. The edging is non stop ( lots of oil ) and she teases the underside of juniors head while sitting on the table behind you. The best tease I've ever had. Cici and Ada both just went to work on junior on the flip with a good HJ (no jackhammer stuff). I would take any 3 but Sandy is the one. Cici with her big available nipples wins that contest and she is willing to be coached on the tease which I tried with her on my 2nd session (still needs work though).

I was with her a few days ago and all I wanted was a good massage after golf and relax. She wanted to try to wake junior up and teasing him for a good 15 minutes. My mind was somewhere else, so it didn't work out well.
