I always stay at the Courtyard in Patong and they are TG friendly. Just a 10 minute walk from Bangla or a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride. The girl just leaves her ID card and picks it up in the morning. No additional charge. She is also welcome to join you for the breakfast buffet for 400 baht, if they suits you. The staff at check-in are friendly...even at 3 AM! Be sure to use the in-room safe for your valuables.

Id also check the price info you have, i got my room at the C&N Hotel for 800 baht a night and that was through booking directly with them via e-mail while the resort was 1200 a night.
