How does one fight against falling in love with your fave MPA?

Like Ref filled in "Jesterz" name in place of "fave MPA", you can plug in the words "my client." It is rare but sometimes the MPA falls for the client. The MPA may even struggle more with the fact she is going against her principles to never cross that line because she knows that ultimately, the client is out for one main thing and that is to be pleased sexually and any relationship would be based on that. She knows that if she dates and fucks him, he will eventually if not right away hate the fact that she is being sexually intimate with numerous guys each day she works. Jealousy and fighting over this will force their relationship to end one way or another. But then again, it may happen to the MPA even if she were to date a guy she meets elsewhere but he doesn't know what she does or did for a living. When and if he finds out, more often then not, the guy would probably not understand and be totally disgusted at what she does or did and leave her as fast as he can.

So the bottom line is, does the MPA think it is worth the probable pain and hurt to have a relationship with the client or anyone until she leaves the business for a mainstream job.

I find the term "love" a little hard to fathom in the context of an MP, but that's not to say that I don't think it can happen from a client perspective and in very rare cases from the MPA's. At best I've become infatuated ( pretty selfish - primarily physical mixed with an attraction to certain personality traits and a certain level of chemistry ) It's reasonable and understandable to establish a bond, like, and even care for an MPA to some extent.

The times I've entered any type of grey area has been with MPA's that do not play games as such, or lay on anything heavy and, in fact, keep things as real as possible. Sometimes a little too real. ( ie talking abt boyfriends, reaffirming the $ aspect, what I do not mean to them etc - depending on the MPA ) I tend to be sceptical of MPA's who lay on the lines heavy and would rather do without the dramatics. Possibly its the reminders of what the situation really is, balanced with the subtle positive reality of our rapport that draws me in. It keeps things real for me from both angles. Even in these situations, you have to back off once in a while to gain perspective.

I feel sorry for you guys. It must be rather tough to enjoy a session with an MPA when you're constantly thinking about the chances of you two going out or getting married. Just except it for what it is. A fun time with a nice kid. Nothing more, nothing less.

My preference for variety has provided a certain level of protection. The other thing to remember is the real person is probably quite different from the in-room person. The real person also isn't going to cater to our fantasies. That's being done for money.

I am always curious what the MPAs, especially those busy ones, are thinking when they are doing the deed. Do they constantly feel proud in helping guys with the releas, many times a day?

What IA said might explain why the "career" life for MPA are generally quite short. So how is it that some of them manage to stay in this business for so long. Are they able to sustain a relationship outside of their jobs? How about when they don't have a bf/so ?

Actually if you speak to most MPA's its reversed. The younger guys are more grounded and realize that its just a job and dont usually ask to see them outside of the spa. Where the older guys seem to think that they can truly have a relationship with them in the outside world.

I seemed to have more common sense in regards to paid for service from women when I was younger. I knew is was a job for them, and I was one among many that they tease and/or please for money. But it seems the longer you subject yourself to the stimulus the greater the chances your sensitivity to bullshit will diminish, and the greater the chances you'll actually bite on their lines.

Just remember that money is the tie that binds the relationship. Try cutting the money, and then see how long her 'love' for you lasts.

I think it's entirely possible that if guys fall for MPA's so hard and relatively easily then it's likely they are looking for something in the wrong place. Wrong, because these needs cannot be fulfilled through hobbying. We may go in looking for something physical and temporary with, hopefully, a certain level of chemistry, but if things are allowed to get heavy then there is obviously a need in us that is not being filled outside.

I try to perceive hobbying as a supplement and for some it is. It's a fun diversion and an outlet. It has many valuable variables to explore. It is not a dating service as I think someone already mentioned ( a datying service, maybe ) Just like diet supplements it is not a replacement ( damn, I gotta quit with these food analogies )

At the risk of sounding redundant ( me ? - never ), we have to appreciate it for what it is. I'm sure it is many things to different people and if reaching a certain level of grey makes it more fun and interesting, that's cool, but anything beyond that is treading on thin ice.

I think the esteemed Rustic, sums it up well. For me it's getting to hang out with, "experience" and connect with hot, cool and interesting girls that otherwise I would not be able to experience. Especially with such a large volume and select variety of our own choosing. It's just that factor that enables us to find someone we click with. Which, unfortunately, is also the downfall for some of us ...

Maybe the best protection is to ask ourselves what we are really looking for and take a step back, if that is what is needed.

It's only human to want to be loved or cared about by a special mate. Like us guys, one time or another, we search or long for someone that will give us affection, support, and understanding. For the popular MPA, they probably have very high standards so it is harder for them to find a "perfect mate". Even in the case of a very hot MPA, they may want to get involved with someone that is even above their own standards...we all want someone we can't have at some point. For the MPA, they may want a great-looking, successful, well-respected professional but in the end, she knows she will lose him when he finds out what she does for a living. He would be lowering his professional and social status if others found out that he is dating or involved in a long-term relationship with someone who may have had sexual relations with some or many of his friends, co-professionals, fellow employees, relatives, etc.

I love these threds! They are sooooo deep, and, I have a good friend who lives 5000miles away that flies up to TO every weekend cause he really believes he's going to marry and have lots of babbies with a MPA - crazy guy!

Ok...So lets say you're dreams come true and she's really interested in you...Than what? Chances are, if you're in that situation in the first place, you probably have some emotional deficency anyway. Having said that, you are much more likely to have issue with her past/or current profession as the relationship evolves. You want in with a working girl? Get a job as a PIMP! How many times have I said that now?

I have an idea...

Here's the current fantasy that some of you seem to have when venturing out to a MP:

(A) I walk in to my fav. MP, meet a vision of beauty, we exchange deep thoughts and enjoy discussing each others common intrests, we wind up liplocked and share an encouter that is a represetative of our blosoming love for each other. Over time we bond as a unit, marry in bliss with 500 of our closest friends, agree that the white picket fence sourounding our suburbon home is just right to accomodate [at least] 5 kids we will have.

Why don't you switch it up with this one...My personal fav:

(B) I walk into any seedy MP, meet a dirty-girl with a rock hard body...Face aint that important, cuase I'm going to be looking at her ass for the most part, but hey, if she's cute that's a bonus! She starts some small talk with me and I tell her up front she can relax and drop the act, I'm here for the business transaction just like she is (which actually adds to my arrousol of the moment). Yeah, there's a massage given, but I really don't take note of her technique, just keep moving around in front of that mirror so I can get the best view. We engage in this hot & steamy session that leaves me feeling refresed and relived. I through my $$$ down prior to departure and we shake hands goodbye. 30 sec. after I get into my car I call my receptionist to get messages and my only thoughts regarding the prior 30min. are (1) I've already forgotten the name she gave me and (2) Burger King or Taco Bell today?

Come on poolie, it is just putting it in perspective. There is no real personal relationship between MPA and client and it is just a service/job (as you yourself said/implied). No one is saying that MPA's or clients aren't capable of much deeper human emotion and interaction but at the MPA level it is basic and shallow. Everything is in the realms of a fantasy and the MPA is the glorified masturbation tool. If you allow your mindset to drift from that perspective, that's where the self-inflicting mindfuck comes into play because emotions aren't real on both sides.

PS Dudenhagen: I'm in my 20's and above average looking, but obviously not the calibre of MPA b/f material. Young guys can keep a perspective on the hobby too. My golden rule is that if you pay for it, it's not real.

I just think a lot of the younger guys realize that : a) I'm younger than these girls, thus I dont really have a shot in the first place b) this is their job c) Most of these girls im sure have a older b/f's, husbands or prefer older guys.

Where as older guys who most likely have more money than the younger guys might think that since they are older and have the money to wine and dine these girls, they have a chance to go out with them
