While true that the expense side of your business has increased, the fact that hobbyists are using shrinking discretionary funds will quickly be put off by the establishments who are first to increase door fees.

Just to clarify, I do not own any SPA. I supply the Unscented Massage Oil to a well know Spa Distributor in the GTA. The wholesale price to them had increased by 30%. Just curious if any Spa owners are discussing this. I know that in the whole scheme of things, Oil is a VERY small part of the massage but it all adds it in the end.
Just like, for any Spa Owners renewing any lease, Base Rent had gone up 50% for this year.
My lease - due in October this year is projected to go up from $90,000 to S145,000 per year when I renew. And this is an Industrial Unit. Think of those zoned as Commercial like those on Yonge Street.
If this happens across the Board, I am sure the door fee would have to go up.

I’ve toned things down in the way of visits due to other reasons, but not due to cost. I’m enjoying the summer doing summer lake things with various toys that chug gas like a frat kid doing a keg stand. I’ve actually added another 8 cylinders of muscle to the boathouse and I’m enjoying every minute of it.

actually spas take it out on their girls first. mpas used to get $10 out of the $40 room fee. Most if not all the spa owners stop giving the 10 bucks to its mpas. If spas continue to jack up the price, people may op off sp or incalls. incalls ranges 80 to 120

It's definitely made me rethink seeing certain SP's. I've watched lot of girls average hh prices jump from 120/140 to 180/200 and I can't justify it for some of them. The increase with MP's hasn't seemed too bad yet, you can still find door fees at 40/50/60 for 30/45/60 but I do try and tip an extra $10 above what I used to.

… was noticng that, but past few weeks, Ive seen huge increase on the low end… like lotsa gals offering $60 - $100 … getting in biz, or returning… 2 pay off bills!

Ask $400hh… girl dont make much… ask $60 & damn, shes busy…
