It depends on what you mean by light. DC LE has just put more priority on eliminating SWs because of all the problems related to them, i.e. crack, crime, etc. Anyone who knows about how things have changed since the Marion Barry days, about the SW parade across the 14th st bridge, knows what I am talking about. Years ago, I knew the cop that dealt with SWs in his area and he other cops hated SWs. When and if the AMPs cross a certain line (like bothering neighbors), DC LE moves on it.

Went there on a Wednesday and was met by Hana. She and I talked a little and while we were talking, she told me not to go Next door anymore...Said something about they are having trouble? Does anyone know if the AMP on new york ave is open? I went there last Thursday and the usual lady came outside and told me to call them first, called Saturday and she told me to call back Sunday which I did but they didn't pick up, I read on this thread many AMPs for closed I hope this one is not, Does anyone knows anything about it?
If the previous AMPs were making so little money ? , why were there so many girls working at AMPs from 2000 - 2007 ? .
If their situation was so vile as for them to leave broke almost every week , why did they have so much quality and variety back then ?. It still makes no sense . There's a saying , " When the ship sinks , the rats are the first to flee " .

I did not see the first listing post so forgive me if this is a duplicate.
I tried my first AMP in DC recently. I went to jasmine and could not seal the deal. Here's what happened. Went to the back door and knocked on the door. No answer to I rang the bell. After what seemed like a minute or two MMS let me in a brought me to an attractive "therapist" who led me to a therapy room and shut the door. I loosened my shirt, took off my shoes, undid my belt and was met by another attractive "therapist". She informed me that we needed to switch rooms, grabbed my shoes and led me down the hall 4 doors. I thought it was odd that I was placed in the original room as it appeared to be a changing room (bras and women's cloths hanging on the wall). Once in the second room the therapist asked me if this was my first time there and I acknowledged it was. It was quiet for a minute and the she told me it was.6 for a one hour massage with a $ tip. After reading the posts I figured that a massage with HR would be a tip of.4, not 1.0. I also learned from previous posts that one should not bring more that they intend to spend so I only brought 1.3 (is that not enough? ). I asked if I could get a simple massage for a tip of.4 and the answer was returned. No, $. I explained that I only brought a.7 tip and she explained the accepted credit cards. I am definitely not using a credit card in this situation so I buttoned and tucked my shirt, tightened my belt and explained it was not going to work out. I was expecting a change in her demeanor but she was only to eager to let me be on my way.
Can somebody give me some advice on communicating / negotiating with these people and / or bring me back to reality on AMP rates.

Found myself calling Supra the other day, the other week, and got a strange message that the customer has requested their phone be disconnected. Okayy... Well, I got there, in the middle of the day, and they were open. Asked if the Japanese girl was available. Asked for her by name. Mamasan got tripped up, I think intentionally, on the name. B/c then I ask for the JApanese girl, and she says ok. I don't think it registered in her, so I ask for who is there, she says one Korean, one Chinese, one Japanese. I then ask again for the Japanese. By this time I am in the back room. She said only 1 is available. And in comes the Korean.
Well, I wasn't too impressed with myself and how i handled the situation, or with the incoming girl. But we said our hellos, and then she went off into the other room. While getting undressed, and having already paid I decided that things are getting off already to a bad start, so I better turn this ship around if I wanted to enjoy myself.
So I did. Switched my attitude. There is something pretty liberating with having a girl of average looks. My actions are bolder. Probably should be like that when in the presence of the really pretty girls as well, but I get intimidated by their looks, sometimes. So anyway, my attitude switched and it made the session 1000% more enjoyable, and she responded positively, in kind.
But she had in her mind how long everything should take for me, and when I went past that, she would yell at me in Korean. Which isn't always pleasant, but in her case it was cute.
After the main event, she is massaging me, and I get to massaging her. That always goes over well.

My personal age falls within the range of 30-45. As most of you know, Vermont is a simple R&T establishment. Most people look down on this because they don't really care about the massage elements at all (or that much). Instead, they are there purely for as many extras as possible and that's fine. Many other people go just for a good massage and a good and safe finish (without needing or wanting many extras) and that is where I fall. One good thing about the limited menu is that Vermont is more immune to closing than other places that provide more. I imagine it will outlast several locations with less discretion.

The location is very clean and very safe for D. C. There are two girls worth seeing there nowadays. Went down to 14k. Hadn't been there in over a year (knee surgery. So I had been stayin local over in Dulles area with some local providers that I know, both AMP and reg prov's). KNee good now, can stand the hard service of some of those massage tables for doggie. Saw this lady named PHeobi, I think thats what she told me. 14k use to be my ATF along with the old Eye Street place, but anyway typical situation, mama saw me in, took the $. 6 and I just usually take who's ever available. This one was nice and the TS was nice, I got my feel on in the shower and she laff'd but in the room, fireworks shot. Half way decent massage, on the flip I grabb the tits and suck 'them, she bends over and I grab the butt. Anyway, the only thing I don't like about AMPs is that I allways get "take it easy", I am like, I don't have time to take it easy, 1hr flies when you are having time, so I have to go for broke, ended in standup canine and she grunted like crazy and had a wicked look on her face, but all is good.
