Here is mine: .5 scoop of Vega all in one shake; 2 tsp Impact Igniter (beta-alanine, l-citruline, creatine), 2 tsp red beet crystals; 2 tsp gelatinized maca; 2 tsp ashwagandha; 2 tsp spirulina; 2 tsp mucuna pruriens. Then add some water and drink. I have this drink at night with my dinner. I take a bunch of supplements in the morning with five scrambled eggs and coffee milk (a poor man's latte, milk with instant coffee). I started seeing results after a couple of weeks.

A few months ago I started taking my MSOG shake and now I normally cum twice, and three or four times with Emily or Nancy (five times with Emily and Nancy together). Not much comes out after the first shot, but it feels great. I am not saying it will work for you, but I think it is worth trying if you are suffering any of the ravishes that come with age. By boosting nitric oxide you get greater blood flow all over the body which has a healing effect on both the cardiovascular system as well as the nervous system. Sex feels even better now.

Who is this Emily/Nancy, im young but usually after one i am already desensitized to try and go again, i would love to experience MSOG... I workout normally and take supplements and vitamins and fish oils, what else can i add? thanks

I take 100 mg of Zinc a day, but a normal dose is 50 mg. Take with food. Keep in mind with most supplements it usually takes at least a month to notice improvements unless you are really deficient.

Such a large dose of zinc taken on a long term basis will deplete copper. You might consider adding copper to balance it. A common symptom of copper deficiency is gray hair.
