It would be a good idea if one can do it, because it does give one a differentiating competitive advantage. But I doubt if you can find enough ladies who are willing to do it. It seems you have quite the business model for a MP; my only suggestion would be to open one and see how it all works out for you!

This industry was built on handles, working names and identity protection for both the ladies and the gentlemen. I think it is naive to think that things would change.

MUSE, just finished taking photos of all of our lovely ladies and I truly wish we could show their faces because, with most of our girls it is their strongest feature....BUT...That is not the case nor will it ever be!

Thank you for your list of MPA's that show their faces, but really that is about 0.03% of the industry! (Enjoy)

I am suggesting a sure-win Business case/plan.

It took me minutes to find a few girls on other sites. To the person with the time and finances to get it going, I would suggest the ladies ARE OUT THERE!!

What happens when a woman wants to quit and go to civilian life? Old photos would come back to haunt her.

So, GLG...I'd like to say that most of the things MUSE is and will be doing over our 1st 3 months is ALL outside the box!! Thats our favorite place *wink, wink*

In fact, our photos are going to be quite unique. Riley and I hand selected the best of the best, and with NO RETOUCHING beyond tattoo removal ... well, lets just say, you will be pleasantly suprised !!! Every single one of our girls asked our photographer for their own copies of the uncropped pics because our sexy girls are so cute they want to keep their amazing pics, FACE AND ALL! LOL That said, I dont think their fathers, boyfriends, future employers, etc need to see their faces on an adult site or the back of the NOW! LOL

Give it a go. See how many businessmen or businesswomen you get to invest in your venture. Good luck finding women to work there. some who have chosen to show their faces only did that after quite some time.

GLG, here's what Im trying to say...its not that its forcing, but it is expecting too much. Wouldnt you rather a girl with goals and standards?? its not my high road or glass house...its theirs!! Each of us have 'real' lives...girls that show face tend to have either no relatives in the city, dont care much about being recognised, and no shame (aka: nothing to lose). At MUSE and with all my experiences in the biz, ladies care a GREAT deal about their 2 worlds colliding. And Riley and I tend to favor girls with plans bigger than massage. A girl in school or who has a hubby or a professional job etc is NOT gonna risk that to please a customer wanting faces on a website. I get your customer-is-always-right line, but in this case, it really doesnt apply well.

Its been a while since I got riled up on here, but really, that is just so far off the norm...I LOVE out-side-the-box stuff, but...we still have to walk around the world as our real selves.

And given the size of your list of face-showing-gals...you have plenty to keep you busy

As a former agency owner, I would not let ladies show their face even if they wanted too. Some don't realize that once you are the net, you are ALWAYS on the net. As a responsible owner and booking agent, it was my job to protect my ladies even from themselves if I had too. Just because this time in a lady's life makes her able to post a face picture, 6 months from now that might be a different story and the damage could already be done.

Unfortunately face pics are just too dangerous for SOME (most?) MPA's.

One of my regulars told me she ran into a client at SCHOOL about a month ago. She was REALLY worried he'd spill the beans for obvious reasons. Now imagine her face plastered over an MP's website and a bunch of horny university guys sitting in their dorms whacking off to porn...

Hell, I spent my university days watching a BETA tape of New Wave Hookers... I mean the REAL version with TRACY LORDS. LOL

Anyway, I'm glad clients can't see HOW pretty Lynn @ SRM is, along with Lexxi @ S9 and a couple others... There'd be a stampede and I couldn't get appointments

I think you'll find that MUSE will compete against other spas. They just don't intend to compete with each other internally. Let's face it, if the customer (that's you and me) is happy, then repeat business happens.

Ok I get your point smartypants...LOL....but porn stars CHOOSE porn and know that its a public thing...many massage girls pick massaging over stripping or porn BECAUSE of the privacy factor! Each spa has methods to maintain an attendants privacy. It helps avoid our 2 worlds crossing paths.
