Under Canadian Law,

You have the right to claim disability and refuse to wear a Mask. You also have the right to freedom of association and assembly.

Nowhere under any Canadian law does it say that your rights are cancelled during a virus outbreak.

Some agencies probably pay security to look the other way.

Looks like some agency girls are moving onto leolist, so yeh, looks like independent is the only way, and even then, you run the risk of seeing someone that has too much foot traffic going in and out to risk getting yourself caught up in something if security of the building catch you out.

The response to where are you going or what are you doing is exercise. According to the document you are allowed to go out to exercise, so just say you are going for a hike. Carry stuff in the car that can back you up.

LE may disperse crowds and check up on businesses (like they've been doing the past month - typically a drive through the parking lot to ensure capacity limits are observed and the lineup isn't bunched up), but they won't be stopping random people in the streets or at hotels.

You are correct. I should have said Mkham location. Both BH and ASB markham locations were set up nicely to avoid security and concierge. BH set up for Jaime and Jenny are much better.

You still can go out for exercise, grocering, pharmacy, healthcare services(Rmt massage, physio therapy, acupuncture), food delivery/picking or curbside pickup.

Yes but someone from Whitby cand drive an unrealistic distance to do these things so fitting into the hobby outside your area really is risky. Hell even in your community

I did do some researches. The stay at home order is not much different than a curfew. However there are loopholes in the law. Essentially if I am caught in a resident outside of my own, then I will be trouble.

There is no end in sight for the stay at home order.

That's very difficult to enforce. Unless you start going door to door and asking every one for their IDs.
