I don't mind guys making constructive suggestions, but then move on. Unfortunately trolls here like to think they know what's going on or make ridiculous assumptions and demand a response. As BS4ME said, girls move around in this industry for a variety of reasons (including to get away from gross clients like some of those posting on this thread) and don't tell their former spa why they left. When Yuki knows the reason she shares it, but has no obligation to tell us anything. Most of the time she probably has no idea why they left or if they're coming back, but probably feels compelled to try and say something to satisfy the idiots who keep demanding an explanation. No spa is perfect, but Yuki does a great job finding new girls and works hard to ensure her customers have fun and are treated fairly no matter how annoying some of those customers are. It's no secret the girls no longer get part of the room fee. Hence a higher cost to us which is everything nowadays. A lot of gems have moved on, I'm sure there's a reason. Yuki is good at sourcing variety. But I rarely leave feeling it was worth it now.

I have managed lots of spas and I have seen it all. High turnover is very normal in this business, It has nothing to do with good boss or bad boss. Girls come and go as they please , they are not on contract, and they go where they think they can make more money or sometimes they couldn't get along with other girls and such. There are 2-3 very busy spas in Richmond Hill and all the girls know how bad the bosses are, but they stay bcuz the spa is busy but not too many stay more than a year or two and they are Asians. Yuki's place has all kinds of different nationalities and most of them came from dysfunctional homes. So the turnover is higher than other spas. Some of her girls came and work a few weeks or months just to take care of the financial mess or rents. So the high turnover means nothing at Yuki's spa. The newly opened popular spa in Markham is just over one year old and it has over 20-30 turnover in that short time period. Need I say more.

There is no point trying to educate these morons. These idiot trolls work as cashiers at gas stations or Tim Hortons. They have no business sense what so ever. They won't understand any of this.

They complain because they barely make enough money for lunch and are cheap as fuck when they come to the spa and expect to get FS with whatever lunch money they have left over and complain after that service is shit because they simply can't afford it.

Then they start complaining and pretending to know all about how to run a business when they can barely manage and balance a cash register.
