I have managed lots of spas and I have seen it all. High turnover is very normal in this business, It has nothing to do with good boss or bad boss. Girls come and go as they please , they are not on contract, and they go where they think they can make more money or sometimes they couldn't get along with other girls and such. There are 2-3 very busy spas in Richmond Hill and all the girls know how bad the bosses are, but they stay bcuz the spa is busy but not too many stay more than a year or two and they are Asians. Yuki's place has all kinds of different nationalities and most of them came from dysfunctional homes. So the turnover is higher than other spas. Some of her girls came and work a few weeks or months just to take care of the financial mess or rents. So the high turnover means nothing at Yuki's spa. The newly opened popular spa in Markham is just over one year old and it has over 20-30 turnover in that short time period. Need I say more.

There is no point trying to educate these morons. These idiot trolls work as cashiers at gas stations or Tim Hortons. They have no business sense what so ever. They won't understand any of this.
