I think they are busy for different reasons. Sophie is really good at massage. so she gets massage fans, but she has quite an amazing body with very high mileage, so she gets guys who love skinny girls, too.

Erica is also very high mileage but her fans like GF experience; mouthwash highly recommended.

Unless you are really hurting for cash I believe $20 is the minimum you should tip for basic massage services. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and you are going to be in a room, naked, with a young lady. When I would see Jennifer, who only ever did legit massage, my first tip was $40 for the hour. It increased from there as she became my regular. You really want to be the guy who tips a Happy Meal?
