Is she ok with a $10 tip for 30 min massage? Since she doesn’t do any extras, I don’t know why I’d tip much more.

The girls aren’t going to complain about a tenner, but they are hardly going to be raving about it. You’re better than the guys who don’t tip at all anyway, 30 minutes is hard to get any serious massage done. Go for an hour, then tip $20 or more if you want to repeat.
