Yes, if you are able to invest, this is the time. Commercial real estate rates are better, probably buy liquidated fixtures, have a larger talent pool to build into a strong staff base, etc. Have they struggled a little with staffing? Sure, but nothing like most of the other spas. The staff that hang around to see that the formula of building a regular client base through consistent solid service levels settle in and do well. It's a process, and from what I've seen, Wendy is patient enough to grind through it.
Something I really like there is that I kind of rotate through the staff, and when I see someone different, the others don't give me a death stare. My business always feels appreciated.
