This isn’t true with all places. I like to ferret out the new ladies and have been told more than once they have to repay fees for schooling and will often owe for boarding or stay on site. One recently told me it would amount to an excess of 30k to repay.

Good stragedy! It allows one to make sure he is not financially supporting, a form of trafficking: ex: not allowing a lady to leave the massage profession, until she pays her her "loan" off....if loan is covered by an owner.

Yes...makes me wonder. Especially, when recently...No.1 had Mandy, and Shirley...and now they are already gone. It was probably strictly, because of the Covid 19 crisis, and shutdown. But, if they were dealing with such an issue as the one you described, they likely would not want to come back.

I’m sure there are a lot of different recruiting methods utilized. Some honest and some not. These ladies come from a totally different background and life.

Thought I'd do a little reconnoitering (snooping) today. They won't be open for a few weeks yet. Redoing walls, floor, painting- pretty much gutting and rebuilding the interior. The Sushi place next door is "closed indefinitly due to covid". And for those that don't like an audience when you drive in, park, and walk into these places There is LOTS of parking at the rear. There is a rear door- whether or not they use it for customers- who knows? But you can park in back and walk to the front inconspicuously enough through the walkway between TingTing and Earls.

Took another drive-by today. The place is a bee-hive of activity with contractor vehicles in front and in back- ladders and paint cans and construction materials. Set up almost identical to XP- reception area in front, long hallway to the back door with six or seven treatment rooms. There's a big Xiaoping Massage sign in the front window.

Stopped in this morning and actually got "the grande tour" and spoke with a guy- not sure of his connection. The front window seals all leak and look crappy so they covered them all up with big ads and/or blinds. It is intended to be a "higher-end" spa (read= more expensive) They have a double room with a shower for couple massages. Another room with a shower, and another room with a steam shower and a shower. Another room is set up for foot massages and a room to be set up for facial treatments. Then there are a couple other standard massage rooms. All the rooms are substantially larger than XP's rooms. They are hoping to open Oct. 1 but from what I saw, it could be a week later.

Yes TingTing is open. I was there earlier. It’s a big place and very nice. New girls there and Linda. Some of the rooms have showers and even 1 sauna. 8 rooms in total. Prices are higher than the original place. 85 hr and 70 1/2hr but worth it. There is a lady booking appointments there at the front desk. I will switch between xiaoping and tingting to give both equal business. It’s the best place in the city in my opinion. Go check it out guys. Lots of parking. She said hours are same as other place and there should be 2-3 girls on at a time right now.

That complex is quite busy with the Earls on one side and the Ricky's all day grill on the other.
