One thing about women in any culture: they don't like to be reminded of their age. They are usually self-conscientious of It. My hot, young wife, now in her mid thirties...has already been thinking about it for years.

I don't understand the need to post what we think about age or looks.

I think it is ok to discuss in a private message, since our individual ideas of attractiveness vary. Also, how our mind-body responds to each woman will vary (pheromones maybe?). And a woman's response to us will vary too. Usually, I will know within the first few minutes of a massage, from the proximity, the touch, subconscious smell, whatever... whether intimacy is desired, and if there is any reciprocal interest. And it is definitely not all about looks (though average or just above average looks helps). My 2 cents

My practice has been to always meet a masseuse for the first time before saying yes to a massage. Even if I got a message from the manager that they have someone new that they recommend. I don't pre-book those first time appointments. Even though it may feel awkward to not stay for the massage, no one lost their time, and it makes for a better match. It's not about the looks, it's just about potential chemistry and improving the chances of finding someone that I will repeat with.

Saw Cindy a while back. I had seen her maybe two years ago and had an okay experience, but this time her massage was delightful. She loosened up some tight muscles in my shoulders and back while also paying good attention to other particular parts of my body she just seemed to intuit needed attention!
