If we are talking about the same place (see map I attached), yes. I have been there lot of times last year. But now my favor goes to sauna and massage place. I went to Yu Ping on 9/15 and it was closed. I saw the guys standing there with a van. The called someone and the guy told me that they reopen the place at a different location but same service and girls.

VM, did you read my first post? It spells out the risks pretty clearly on oral. If your mouth is free from sores and sensitive or bleeding gums, and the girl you came into contact with was also not bleeding, you should be ok as far as HIV goes.
