He got AZ. He must have got blood clots that cut off oxygen to his brain and now he has permanent brain damage. Although he really had permanent brain damage before the vaccination. He likely went and reported it to VAERS several times under multiple handles.

It's just a marketing gimmick in order to get more people to download the APP, because I'm on the Harvey's email list, but I never got that offer.
