Actually I went to a molarm concert a couple of days ago, after a bottle of 100 Pipers, 6 large Chang beers and lots of laos Laow shots; seemingly i climbed a papaya tree, nicked the papayas and fell/tumbled out the tree - i don't remember a thing, worst bit is a couple of the LB's here had to take me home as the wife couldn't carry me home

they look at them as the lowest on the scale and dregs of society.. and then are baffled why a 'wealthy' farang, with education and ability to travel, would behave that way.

I personally dont agree with it, but it is without a doubt the facts.

it's a poor look, i had a few drinks each afternoon in the aussie bar with the owners and a few mates and frankly it is embarrasing to see these clowns coming and playing pool with no shirts on, i said to 1 of the guys why don't you make a dress standard and basically he said they will just go and drink elsewhere so they leave them be, that's the empathy that allows it to continue. tit.

I know Ao would ask about anyone "why they no wear t-shirt" but it was pretty much that way when id throw on a t-shirt inside out to run downstairs
baffled her i wouldnt take the time to put it on properly just to run out to the motorbike or something

Back to "Bars operating on a knife edge"........the Nanai Sports bar near what was the DD Swiss Hotel has been closed for a few weeks. Anyone know what is going on with it???

the only thais i see shirtless are the "beach boys" as in jet ski, sun bed guys.
and some hard working guys like ice delivery or on building sites.

and i have definitely never seen a shirtless thai in a restaurant or shopping mall!!

DD Swiss is now the Aussie Patong Resort.......and just up the hill opposite it is or was the Nanai Sports Bar. Been closed for a while, and think it was Aussie owned.

Very close to my place and a nice clean place with good food, pool etc. BUT now closed?????????
