I have to say... my mind has been all over this. I was all for self isolation and was extremely concerned about the spread.. however in the last week I have been thinking about this
First off just last week Kenny suggested in the models we would have an Alberta over 800,000 positive cases. When I heard that I thought the numbers were actually staggering and I couldn’t figure out how we could possibly have this many positive people. One week later we are not even remotely close to these numbers.

I can see divorce rates rise after this.. leave more financial hardship and essentially make the kids suffer ..... we are making our future generations the real losers
I have been a very good person and totally self isolated and only have gone out for walks on a daily basis. There’s been days where I simply broke down and cried as I stared at my computer screen looking at coronavirus numbers .....I was truly scared for me and my loved ones.
we have had to make some serious financial decisions within my company. We had to temporarily off 20% of our workers. The rest of us have rollback and wages and hours.
my kids are getting by but I can tell you it’s a real struggle that they can’t see their friends on a daily basis. I know for my daughter in particular who is extremely social I can see a little part of her dying. This makes me very very sad as I can’t do anything about this
I have really been pondering over the last few days how the hell are we going to recover from this on a global stage economically. It’s not just the lost salaries... it’s the depression, increase in domestic violence, increases in divorce......There has been so many lives destroyed by this COVID-19.
Recently it seems that we are trying to save our seniors while the middle age and younger will suffer ... for decades
