Not his alleged drug use. He had 3x the lethal dose of drugs in his system. And his drug dealer was riding in the car with him. Very relevant to the case.

But Baker reiterated he stood by the cause of death he wrote on Floyd's death certificate and his finding Floyd's death was a homicide, which to a medical examiner means his death was caused by another person and does not necessarily indicate guilt.

You may have noticed as well, Floyd was not home alone when he died and that under oath in the trial the medical examiner and another doctor testified the police action was the cause of death....ie homicide
