I ordered some Black Ginger from Amazon and tried it this week. The result has been a lot of diarrhea, bloating and exhaustion, and no positive affects. It could be that I personally cannot handle it, or it does not mix well with the other products I ingest. It could also be a fake product. It came in the form of a black powder that smells like tea.

Be careful with certain "natural" products and potential drugs you already take, they may not agree with body chemistry.

Ive used it before, my Chinese friend hides it out back in his grocery store, he says for his special round eye friends, who knows he could be poisoning me slowly..lol

ive found that after trying alot of supplements they are hit and miss and since everyones level of absorption are different , you really could be wasting time. i

ZMA at night seems to give me good morning wood.
anyone have any experiences with other vitamins you can get over the counter like Vitamin E or B12 ?

I think Korean ginseng is the best.

I did try buying a fresh ginseng root in Chinatown but perhaps the Chinese people who sold it to me are laughing.

Magnesium makes my erections firmer (that's the M in ZMA). Vitamin D3 makes them last longer. Vitamin K2 MK-7 cleared my arteries to get rid of my old age ED. Dark chocolate helps. It contains a vasodilator called theobromine. One teaspoon of nutmeg powder gives a boost about four hours later. It tastes terrible. I've read some good things recently about Kyolic aged garlic extract, but haven't tried it.

So, I found out it was not the Black Ginger that was giving me trouble. In fact I was over doing magnesium. Apparently 2 grams a day is way too much. I stopped the magnesium and all the problems went away. I will start taking magnesium again in a couple of weeks but at a much smaller dose in the evenings.

MSOG wise I have been in a slump lately (stress, maybe age catching up with me, experiments with supplements back-firing). A strategy that works to up the intensity and enjoyment is for me now is to wait longer between ejaculations. After a day I am a little frustrated, after two days very frustrated and after three days I am kind of desperate. At the three day mark the condom does not impede my enjoyment, a lot comes out of me, the orgasm is really intense and after I am so sensitive that it is painful. After the session I then knock one or two more out at home, and they are just as intense. And I notice with SWs when I am more "desperate" they feel more desired and the session is overall better. Chocolate cake is nice everyday, but great if you have not had it for a while. It may have something to do with dopamine (the reward neurotransmitter). I heard recently that constantly elevated levels of dopamine are actually toxic to neurons. Fun stops being as much fun when you do fun stuff all the time. So with that in mind, it is better to rest two days and cum three times on the third day, than it is to cum once a day for three days. At least for me at this point in my old age. For younger or healthier guys that feeling of desperation might come much faster. Try more nukes. You might need to start sooner, possibly even the day before. I've also read some interesting reports of a product called Pau Yuen Tong (PYT) balm. It is a numbing balm that uses clove oil as the active ingredient. There are some great reviews and some poor ones. The great reviews seem to indicate that you have to use the correct application procedure. Supposedly, if you get it right, you can last a long time without loss of sensation. I haven't tried it. You can buy it on Amazon.

For mucuna the recommendation seems to be 5 days on, then 2 days off. After three weeks of that, take a whole week off. For maca there are different suggestions. Take a week off every month, or two months on, one month off. Some say one day off per week. idk
