I would just keep the name as it is. It's a good name that is appropriate for what you want for the club. Sign looks good as it is. Wouldn't worry about the place in Patts, duplicate names happen all the time and it's not as if you are next door...

If you have to change, how about club 666, or Satan ago-go. There is a club in Manchester called Satans Hollow, always thought was a good name...

I like Lucifer's Lair, as similar to your original intention and has the same alliteration happening as in Devils Den, so catchy and easy to remember as well.

You've also designed the outside like a cave, so it also fits in this respect as well.
