You will notice a difference 2 weeks in, my xgf did this to me.
McGill did a study to see if there's a correlation between dairy and cancer, now what they didn't talk about too much, is "somatic cell" count.
That's basically a nicer way of saying "blood and puss" (that's in your milk). They are allowed to have minimums in the milk because they can't remove it all, simply because it would be too expensive to do so.
So the government created a minimum that's allowed to be sold and you get to drink it.
So they whiten the product, bag it and ship it to the stores/
Blood and puss (somatic cells) is what people who eat and drink dairy are putting into their bodies, and people wonder why we have cancer.
It keeps our bodies in an acidic state. Cancer thrives in acidic environments. Cut that garbage out, you're back to a more alkaline environment.
I can try to find the video, but Gary Yourofsky explain the somatic cell count thing and it freaked me out.
When the hot video revealed that the public eats and drink pus, someone decided to restrict it on youtube. From Wikipedia: "Somatic cell count (SCC) is an

Again, infections, bacteria, etc and we wonder why we're sick.
So again, because Health Canada tells us what we should be eating, our doctors do the same and the rest his history.
Health Canada is heavily lobbied by the dairy industry, so naturally.......
Whilst there may not be pus in every glass of milk, it’s highly likely that if you are eating dairy every day, you are consuming pus on a regular basis.

Ever wonder why they put label eggs as "healthy"? Because lawsuits would start appearing like crazy.
High cholesterol counts.
The next time you go to the grocery store, look at every box of eggs and look for "healthy", "good for you", etc.
Because they do that, they're open to litigation because of the after effect of the product and what it does to us.
Fruits, vegetables, etc, don't have cholesterol.
Personally for milk, I recommend, Rice Milk (vanilla flavored).
