We actually don't need to eat protein as much as we've been told for the past how many years and decades. Look no further than monkeys, gorillas and ask yourself how they manage to sustain their mass and strength with a diet which consists of plants really. Much like we're told we need to drink milk. If that were the case, we wouldn't be weaned off of our mother's breast for the milk they produce.

You will notice a difference 2 weeks in, my xgf did this to me.
McGill did a study to see if there's a correlation between dairy and cancer, now what they didn't talk about too much, is "somatic cell" count.
That's basically a nicer way of saying "blood and puss" (that's in your milk). They are allowed to have minimums in the milk because they can't remove it all, simply because it would be too expensive to do so.
So the government created a minimum that's allowed to be sold and you get to drink it.
So they whiten the product, bag it and ship it to the stores/

Blood and puss (somatic cells) is what people who eat and drink dairy are putting into their bodies, and people wonder why we have cancer.
It keeps our bodies in an acidic state. Cancer thrives in acidic environments. Cut that garbage out, you're back to a more alkaline environment.

This number is closer to the current percentage for hospitalizations which is close to 25% of new COVID cases. Obesity is a major risk factor for COVID hospitalizations and mortality. That 25% rate is not a coincidence. Most of it is sorry, obese people becoming ill. Or people that are already ill. Less than 10% of COVID hospitalizations is normal healthy adults, OK? If you are a normal health adult, you will be fine. And this isn't misinformation. These are facts supported by science and math.
