i hope rick and danny can make a go of this place, i know both of the guys from aus, and seeing the feedback from the expats, i hope they can kick a goal, because so far it doesn't sound to promising.
not sure if the pool caper is keeping the bar afloat, but at 6 big ones, it's a large investment in a la la bar.
how much feedback do any of you guys give to other expats??
or is it more mai bpen rai, not my problem so good luck and do your best.
just thinking aloud, the local expats have an opinion of what "they want" for the local bar, but does anyone tell the guys or just sit back and see what happens.
i come from a hospitality background and the customer feedback was always the most sought after info you could get, positive or negative.
i still send emails or ring outlets if i'm not satisfied.
if you don't get feedback, you keep doing things wrong, because you don't know you're doing it wrong and think that all is ok.
that's why i have no problem complaining if things aren't right, i look it as doing the company a favor.
so maybe if you're not happy, tell them.
my local bar always had a sign up above the bar that said,
"we know there are many other bars where you can spend your money, we appreciate that you choose to spend it here"
they always had customer service at heart and were always open to feedback, maybe that's what the guys need.
(wow that's a j.b post)
