I went to SW's 2 weeks ago and had my normal vodka and coke at a very normal price... I saw no sign of touts... amd was not hassled by girls once in... was very pleasant...

Will be in Patong in 2 months with a newbie. These are the ONLY 2 GoGo's on this soi I will take him to, especially SW with the foam bats :666: arty: . Of all the times I have been to SW in the past I have never been ripped off once.

I agree. I tried both crazy girls and SW's while i was there on from recommendations from here. SW's was great, hot girls and good atmosphere. One of the hottest girls I took back to the hotel on the trip was from there. I had people stopping me on the street and asking where I found her.

Crazy girls I was disappointed by the quality of girls and it lacked the energy/vibe of SW's. Play school (or some name like that) nearby was better. Also I got a 3some from there so may be biased.

But SW's will definitely be on the top of my list for places to visit with my mate when I get back there in October.

i have had asshole bm's on here take shots at me about what they think i do for a living. 1st off, they don't have the slightest clue what i do but there is nothing i can really do about it. just know that i don't do anything wrong

and as a business owner, although i am sure completely frustrating, you have to be more thick skinned. i know Raw is in a tight spot, but it is not like he chose sainthood as his profession either. and even as you pointed out in another thread, it is the p4p section and people who do business there are going to have to deal with some negative publicity and some bad people from time to time, that's life

hey, it is not like i am in the sainthood profession myself. so as a trader, i just have to cop it on the chin when some nitwit bm thinks he knows what i do and doesn't have the faintest clue.

I couldn't agree more. These are crazy prices and they are only charged because people are silly enough to pay them.

If people were not so gullible these venues could not survive.

As a confirmed pisspot I tend to seek value for my drinking $.

Ive always avoided SW due to its reputation ( apparently bad press for no apparent cause).

Next time Im in Patong (tomoro??) Ill make a point of going in and making up my own mind.

Might I suggest this is a good idea, checking it out for yourself and not listening to others negatives??

As Sting said, compared to Norway prices mentioned its cheap. Sweden is also expensive but not as high as Noggie levels.

What surprises me most is how expensive Malaysia is with 260 baht/bottle beer, as its an asian country. Its just a neighbour country to Thailand but a lot more expensive. (3 times more than here)

Come on guys...we are talking about gogos here.....shit can happen in any go go but I'll neck out and say that Suzie Wongs is the least likely place in Patong that you will have problems and the most likely you will have a great time...its a country mile better than any other gogo in town....as Geespot said earlier its the closest thing to a good Pattaya gogo you are gonna get in Patong

Now you know why I don't frequent these places- it was just a visit to show that I did not get more than the NORMAL bar price, ie was not ripped off by touts.:lock: However I don't see why beer should be cheaper in Thailand than a 'so-called' First world country! I would hate to think what a similar beer in Kings Cross or Soho would cost.To be honest I didn't have a problem with the beer price in SW as it seemed reasonable for what was going on in there and only B20 higher than similar places I go to in Patts. GoGos just aren't for me but for a guy on holiday I don't think he's gonna have a big problem with GBP 3.3 for a beer.
